We’d like to thank all of our customers for their business this year. While it’s been a difficult one for many, we’re delighted that we’ve been able to help our customers adapt to this new working environment and have gained new ones along the way.

Our Sales and Finance teams will be taking a well-deserved break over the festive period, our offices will be closed from the 23rd of December 2020 to the 5th of January 2021. Our Aspen support teams will be available throughout the festive period and tickets can be logged as normal via phone: 01236 786111 or email: support@aspensolutions.co.uk.

aspenPLUS will be closed for registrations over this period but will still be available for self-service 24/7.

We’ve been thrilled by the response to our new customer portal aspenPLUS, which we launched at the beginning of December. We see this as a big step in our company and we’re so glad that our customers have had such a positive response.

It’s also been great to get a little bit more personal with you over this year, introducing you all to our team through our ‘Getting to Know You’ blog posts. We hope this has allowed you to feel more familiar with us and leads to stronger relationships with our customers.

Once again, we can’t thank you enough for your continued support for Aspen and we’ll be back with you in 2021. Until then have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
