Happy New Year! We’re wishing all of our customers and happy and healthy 2021. Although this past festive season has been one of the strangest in recent memory, we still had time to rest and refresh and hope you all did too. 

Before we took our festive break, we were delighted to have successfully launched aspenPLUS, our new 24/7 customer portal. We know that many of you have already signed up and are currently experiencing the benefits of this service, your feedback has been invaluable in helping us continue to provide top tier support and sales. Our aspenPLUS launch included a 12 days of Christmas campaign highlighting the unique benefits of aspenPLUS for our customers, which you may have seen all over our social media. We’re delighted that so many of you engaged with this and kept the momentum of our launch going. 

In addition to this, we also ran a survey competition in which new aspenPLUS customers were entered into a draw to win a £250 Amazon E-Voucher just in time for Christmas! The draw was made on the 23rd December and our winner was Alan Tennant of ENCON Maintain. A huge congratulations to Alan and thanks to all who took part.
