Looking through the feedback from the team, 2021 has seen lots of focus on personal development, business growth and a sense of increasing balance between work & home life.
90% of Aspen people are or have been on external training programmes throughout 2021. For us this is incredibly important to ensure that we can keep on delivering and improving our client service, but also, it’s vital our people keep on learning and have the opportunity to unleash their personal potential. Our people are studying flexibly and across diverse topic areas, such as ACCA, NetSuite, Microsoft, Gamma and PRINCE2 project management. On top of that, everyone in the sales team has achieved their Microsoft MS900 exam. This has made a tremendous impact in allowing our team to perform at their best as we continue our journey as an agile functioning business, no matter what the world faces.
We secured a slew of six-figure deals for new & existing clients. From Hilton Hotels, to Royal London and William Grant & Sons our teams have been smashing their targets all year long. Our involvement at COP26 in Glasgow was a real test of our abilities, but we passed with flying colours, delivering first class support to the many nations in attendance. And on top of that, we’ve been ensuring our long-standing clients have been getting fully supported levels of service through product upgrades and aftercare services.
Over the festive season, we’ll be taking a few days off to recharge and enjoy time with our family & friends. To everyone we’ve had the pleasure of working with, have a fantastic Christmas break and we’ll see you next year!
