In 2018 Aspen & Hire-Archy merged, expanding our service department and improving our customer service capabilities.

Hire-Archy was founded in the early 2000s and specialised in providing short term flexible Event Hire for various television and film productions, concerts, festivals, and conferences around the UK. This flexible approach offered an alternative to traditional lease hire services.

As a larger group following the merger, we are pleased to expand our Event Hire to now include laptops, desktops and network infrastructure. Significant investment has been made in our rental stock and we are now able to offer cutting edge technology in flexible hire agreements.

Event Hire

We are uniquely placed to offer a flexible approach to ensure the correct equipment is on site on time and running for the whole of your event. Over the past few years we have worked on events as large as TRNSMT Festival and T in the Park and as far afield as the BBC MOD in Shetland.

We have considerable experience in providing a flexible offering for your event needs.

Our Event Hire offerings include:

Spare Toner and Local support to keep devices running.
Onsite cover for the period of the rental.
Flexible invoicing and credit terms for producers and event companies.

Rentals

Developed out of our Event Hire offering we have a fleet of devices we offer on a 30 Day Rolling rental agreement. This allows your business to access up to date technology without entering onerous photocopier leasing and service agreements.
