Operations play an integral part in the order process. It is in our interest to discover order related queries and solve these prior to acceptance to ensure the smooth and cost effective running of the business.
We are looking for someone to join an established team and be the focal point for both pre-sale and post-sale support.
Accountabilities and activities:
Processing orders – Working through any issues/problems to ensure all orders are processed in a timely fashion and ensuring all orders placed on our suppliers have the appropriate financial margins to ensure a profit is made.
Processing stock orders.
Processing credit applications.
Resolving order queries/ issues. This may involve liaising with sales.
Completing RMA transactions.
Receipting and fulfilling support contracts in NetSuite
Running varied reports in Excel.
Setting up part codes
Works well under pressure
Motivated with initiative
Adaptable to people/jobs/ surroundings.
Organised – paperwork, time management/prioritising
Confident and approachable
Problem solver with attention to detail.
