How can the ColorQube save you money?

Everything about this machine has been built to be as cost effective as possible for example;

Solid Ink

Xerox have produced an ink that is solid.  It has no packaging and is fully consumed, therefore no waste to dispose of,  and each solid ink stick will last up to 200,000 prints, saving 90% of waste on a comparable laser machine.  What is more the Solid ink is non toxic and will not stain clothing. To make this an even more attractive option the Solid ink stick has the easiest installation on the market.

Change the way you pay for Colour Prints?

Using the ColorQube machine, you never need to worry about how much your colour is costing.  Xerox have broken down the costs into three bands instead of the traditional two. 

How does this work?

The three bands work as follows;

• Band 1- Black & useful Colour.  This covers all of your black prints plus pages with low colour coverage, for example on emails, on memos, on some headed paper.  Under this band you will be charged for a black copy for instance 0.5p per copy.
• Band 2 -  Everyday Colour.  This covers prints with average colour, for example on flyers, powerpoint documents and much more.  Under this band you could typically be charged at 2.5p per copy
• Band 3 - Expressive Colour. This covers prints with high colour usage, for example photos brochures, marketing materials etc....  Under this band you could typically be charged at 5p per copy.

How do you know what band you are using?

Xerox have left no stone unturned when designing and making each feature on the ColorQube as user friendly as possible, they have came up with the Document Analyser this tool allows you to upload your documents to see what price band it comes under and along with the Cost Savings Calculator you can see the cost savings that can be made from the outset!

Saving money on paper!

Everything about the ColorQube machine is environmentally friendly even down to the paper you print with...  On laser devices the general rule is the better the paper the better your print out will be, however with the ColourQube machine the quality of the print will be excellent no matter what paper you use - even recycled paper!

Easiest machine on the market to maintain!

The ColourQube Multifunctional machine is by far the easiest machine on the market to maintain.  It boasts only ONE customer replaceable unit compared to other laser devices that have five or more, giving you the maximum uptime!
