Vincent J Harkins
Managing Director
As founder and Managing Director of Aspen Solutions, Vincent handles the design, development and implementation of the strategic plan for the company, ensuring this is done in a cost effective and efficient manner. He is responsible for the day to day running of the company and developing business plans and a corporate culture for the long term future of the organisation.
Vincent has amassed an extensive amount of experience with his background in the office products arena for over 22 years, most of this time working successfully for a well known manufacturer.
As MD, Vincent manages the company’s management team, the budget, the company’s assets and all other company resources to make best use of them and maximise the return on any investments made. Vincent is a natural leader within the organisation and fulfils an excellent motivational role for his management team
Vincent has an ILM Diploma in Management and a Diploma in Business Financial Management.

Libby Sinclair
Head of Finance and Administration
Libby joined Aspen in 2004, and her main role is to oversee all administration functions, HR functions, Wages, and administering ISO 9001 – 2000.
Accredited in Sage Line 100, Sage MMS and Sage 200, Libby has also gained a people management diploma, and a diploma in Business Financial Management.
