Aspen Solutions Returns Procedure
Faulty Goods
All suspected faulty goods that are returned to Aspen will undergo strict inspections and testing to determine whether goods will be credited, replaced or repaired. All goods returned must meet the following guidelines, and be returned within 14days of receiving the goods.
- Customers have a duty of care for the purchased goods and the goods must be properly packaged and returned with the original packaging they were received in.
- Every item included in the package provided by the manufacturer must be returned, including manuals, CD’s, warranty applications and all other accessories.
- All reference numbers and or serial numbers must correspond to what is provided on the packaging or invoice.
- The buyer must bear the cost of any return, for any exceptions please contact us and your individual case will be review.
- All goods returned must have a valid returns number and the details of why you are returning the goods.
Aspen will endeavour to replace all goods that are determined as faulty on inspection within 5 working days from receiving the goods. If the goods cannot be replaced an alternative maybe offered or a refund will be given.

Unwanted, Non-Faulty goods
If you receive goods that are either unwanted or the wrong goods were ordered by you, Aspen will accept a return within 14days. Aspen however cannot accept the return of any opened software. Please note that goods must be returned within 14days of receiving the goods. Please read the following guidelines for returning non-faulty goods:
- Goods must NOT be damaged, a damaged product is one which is defaced e.g. scratched or dented.
- Products with security seals, if broken will NOT be returned.
- In the event of ANY missing goods, Aspen will NOT process the return and the goods will be returned to you and or a restocking fee may be charged.
- Customers have duty of care for the goods purchased, and goods must be properly packaged and returned with the original packaging they were received in.
- Unwanted goods not cancelled by contacting Aspen via telephone, fax, email or post within 7days from day of delivery may incur a 25% restocking fee.
All goods returned are done so at your own risk, we recommend you send goods recorded or registered delivery and take out the necessary insurance cover in case of any damage or loss. Aspen cannot be held responsible for any goods that are lost or damaged in transit.
How do I return a product?
To return a product please call Aspen on 08450 780 790 for a valid returns number or send us an email with your query, goods that DO NOT have a valid returns number will be refused at Aspen’s warehouse.
These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
