Our team of professional Managed Print Solutions representatives deal with the full management of your systems including helpdesk support, troubleshooting and repairs, supplies tracking and ordering, routine maintenance, usage monitoring and management reports. Aspen can provide you with an Environmental Disposal Service where you can make a profit from old equipment!

Environmental Support

Aspen are aware of the environmental impact through the use of ‘unfriendly’ technologies, and are currently in the process of creating a paperless office through electronic document management, recycling all hardware, and selling a green IT solutions.

As part of your Managed Print Service plan with Aspen we provide access to our environmental services program and certification through the WEEE Initiative.

Hire, lease or Buy

Aspen in partnership with Xerox offer on their copiers, printers and multifunction products an outright purchase, or either a hire or lease agreement.

We offer comprehensive rental and service plans for all of our print solutions which provides both for the equipment hire and all necessary parts, labour, maintenance and toners.

This contract is completely flexible and can grow with your printing needs – and also means you can add new equipment without necessarily having to begin a new agreement.
