Receive a Diagnosis
Due to our many years of IT experience, we understand that all business needs are individual and not everyone requires full-time IT support.
Therefore Aspen provide a helpdesk service were we can, for a cost of £40 + VAT, provide a Diagnosis to your IT issue, and a quote for a fix.
How does this work?
- First you need to call us on 08450 780 790, Monday-Friday, 8.30am-5pm
- Explain your IT problem to one of our advisors, and we will determine whether we can diagnose remotely.
- Providing we can diagnose remotely we will take the payment of £40+VAT over the phone or if you would prefer you can enter your payment online.
- We will ask you to click on the following link for remote access to our Netviewer Agent, then provide you with a session number to enter, that will allow us to view your computer remotely.
- We will then call you back with a Diagnosis to the problem, and provide you with a quote for a fix.
