Rental Plans

Xerox offer rental plans from one year to five and payment schedules available monthly, quarterly or annually, Aspen Solutions and Xerox can spread the cost of purchasing print, scan and copier capital equipment over a period that suits your organisation.

We offer comprehensive rental and service plans for all our copiers and multi-function printers which provides both for the equipment hire and all necessary parts, labour, maintenance and toners.
This contract is completely flexible and can grow with your printing needs – and also means you can add new equipment without necessarily having to begin a new agreement.
