Aspen Solutions Ltd is proud of the accessibility of its website.  This site has a number of accessibility features as listed below.

Alternative Text

All images on our website should have alternative text (known as alt text), which means that when an image is used on the site to convey information, the picture is also described using alternative text.

This should allow users of text browsers and assistive technologies (such as screen readers) to understand the images.

Where an image is used for layout or spacing purposes, we may have left the text empty in line with accepted best practice.

Changing Text-Size

You can change the font-size of pages on this website by selecting the following from the Accessibility options in the top left hand corner of each page:

• Small
• Medium
• Large

We have also created a "low-graphics" version of the site, which can also be accessed from the Accessibility options in the top left hand corner of each page.

Resizable Fonts

We have designed the Aspen Solutions website in a way that you can control font sizes in your web browser.

In Microsoft Internet Explorer you can change the text size by selecting "View", then selecting "Text size" followed by text size you would your prefer to use from 'Smallest' to 'Largest'.  The default setting is 'Medium'.

In Firefox you can change the text size by selecting "View", then selecting "Text Size" followed by 'Increase' or 'Decrease'. You can return the text size to the default setting by selecting 'Normal'.

We have also selected the fonts used on this website for their legibility on computer screens.

Feedback

We have tried to meet all Priority A, AA, and selected AAA guidelines of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines. And we test the website on a regular basis using both automated tools and manual testing to identify issues.

Obviously we won't get it right all the time, but we will endeavour to address any accessibility issues promptly. If you are having trouble using the website please let us know.
