Service Level agreement

If you have a Service Level Agreement you can contact us via our service request section at any time of the day or night. Simply input your details and let us know what the problem is. If you’d like to talk to us, simply request a call back and we’ll call back at a time convenient to you.

If you do not have an existing agreement you can still request service on an ad hoc basis whenever you encounter a problem. Just download the fax back form, complete and fax across to us and we will deal with your problem as soon as we can.

Order Supplies

If supplies are part of your service, ordering is quick and easy. Just fill in the form and your replacement will be with you as soon as we can get it there.
