Solving problems before they arise

How do we do this? Because we’re experts in our field and our broad experience of both setting up and maintaining networks, PC’s, photocopiers, faxes, printers and office systems means we know what can go wrong and how to avoid downtime.

For your IT network, our alarm and alert agents give us automatic notification of computer network problems so we can fix problems before they arise. Daily viral protection updates and firewalls keep your system secure. We can even operate remotely to check out individual PC’s, install software or identify a problem. If something more serious goes wrong we can be there quickly and sort out issues with minimum disruption for you.

Your photocopiers, faxes and printers benefit from a Support Lifecycle Agreement offering continuous support post installation.  We ensure equipment is maintained and serviced but if there is a problem we can ensure you spend the minimum amount of time without a vital piece of equipment operational.

ICT Service Level Agreements

We offer a range of different ICT service levels:

  • Virtual ICT Manager – our most comprehensive service, just like having your own IT department at a fraction of the cost. A fully outsourced and managed service where Aspen take ownership of a client’s ICT services including ICT strategy formulation, training, managing licences upgrades, hardware maintenance and data back up. With this level of service you know your ICT needs are entirely under control.
  • Pay As You Go – our entry level service, ideal if you’re unsure how much support you’ll need. A quarterly pro-active maintenance package ensures your system is in good shape with the added benefit of support call outs, training and consultancy as and when you need it.
  • Call Out – at any time you can call out one of our team with no ongoing charge. Just call us up, fax back a simple form and we can fix any problems on an ad hoc basis.

Support Lifecycle Agreements

When you purchase a photocopier, fax or a printer you can benefit from a Support Lifecycle Agreement which will ensure your printer, photocopier or fax machine is maintained in peak condition throughout its lifespan. If there is a problem, we can ensure the equipment is back in working order as quickly as possible.
